WArranty Policy
New Equipment
New equipment comes with the standard manufacturer warranty listed with the machine. Depending on the brand, service will be dispatched per the manufacturer’s standard servicing procedure.
Refurbished Equipment
Slush Plus offers a 30-day parts and labor warranty and 6-month compressor and motor warranty on all refurbished equipment sold unless explicitly stated otherwise. As refurbished equipment has been previously used, minor dents and scratches are to be expected. We also offer extended warranties on select machines when listed, please refer to the warranty section on each machine listing in our online store. Learn more about our refurbishing process here.
Brand new scratch and dent or open box equipment is sold at a discount and comes standard with a 90 day parts and labor warranty and a 1 year compressor and motor warranty. All scratches and dents will be photographed in the listing.
In the event a machine needs a warrantied repair, it must either be shipped back to our facility at the buyer’s expense or repaired at the buyer’s location by a qualified repair technician. How warranty repairs are performed is at the sole discretion of Slush Plus. Any repairs done by a third party must first be explicitly approved in writing by Slush Plus before service is performed or the repairs will not be covered under our warranty. Any warrantied parts must be supplied by Slush Plus and shipped to the customer. Any parts purchased from a third party must first be explicitly approved by Slush Plus in writing or they will not be covered. The warranty period starts on the day we ship the machine to you.
All of our machines go through a rigorous 25-point inspection and refurbishing process. All machines are tested and verified 100% operational at the time of shipping the machine to you.
Our warranty does not cover:
User negligence or damage caused by use of the machine in an unsafe or incorrect manner.
Work or repairs done by a third party that has not been approved by Slush Plus in writing.
Wearable parts to include seals, gaskets, scraper blades, and all tune-up kit parts. These parts must be replaced regularly per manufacturer specifications as part of normal user maintenance of the machine, normally every 3 months.
Damage caused by weather or natural disasters.
Shipping damages (covered by a separate insurance policy). If your machine arrives damaged, it must be noted clearly on the delivery receipt before signing, photos must be taken, and we must be notified within 24 hours. If the machine arrives with apparent heavy damages, we recommend you do not accept the shipment and notify us immediately. If shipping damages are not noted on the delivery receipt during delivery, our shipping insurance will not reimburse us and we will not reimburse you for any shipping damages.
How to Claim Your Warranty
You must contact us and engage a member of our staff in basic troubleshooting procedures before the warranty can be honored for all refurbished machines. For new equipment, please contact us and we would be happy to assist with dispatching warranty service through our partnerships with our manufacturers.

Shipping Policy
Machine Shipping
We offer free freight shipping on all machine orders in the contiguous US and free local pickup from our Clearwater, Florida headquarters. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us. For international orders we handle all customs paperwork and legal requirements.
Each machine is carefully secured to the pallet and protected with exterior packing. When you receive your machine, if the exterior packing looks damaged please unpack the machine before signing for the shipment. If you see any damage to the machine, please notate it clearly on the BOL before signing and notify us immediately. If you do not notate damage on the BOL and accept the shipment, our shipping insurance will not reimburse us and we cannot offer refunds or discounts.
If your machine arrives with heavy damage, please reject the delivery and contact us immediately.
Mix & Parts Shipping
All drink and soft serve mixes ship in a case of 6. Free shipping is included in all mix orders. For parts and supplies, shipping is charged at cost.

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. A 25% restocking fee applies to all orders. Return shipping and shipping insurance is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If we receive a returned machine and it arrives damaged, we will not accept the return or will issue a partial credit depending on the extent of damage.
New Machines
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for all new, unused machines. If a new machine has been used, we do not accept returns.
